Roving-Chopping Blades

The blades are suitable for choppers and similar equipment. They are made of tempered stainless steel.

1-hole blade - Code 1069
Used in our fiberglass systems.
Dimensions: 8 mm x 7/8"

2-hole blade - Code 1068
Used in our pneumatic and electric choppers, like the F-200.
Dimensions: 8 mm x 1"

The sleeves are used to receive the impact of the blades as they cut roving.

Cutter Head

Celeron Reel Assembly

The cutter head is used in the F-200 (pneumatic) and PF-300 (electric) choppers.

Aluminum body; zinced, SAE 1020 steel six-sided axis.

It can be used with 4 (standard), 6, 8, 12, 18, 24 or 36 blades, allowing glass to be chopped in several different sizes, according to the needs of the customer.

The celeron reel assembly is used in the F-200 (pneumatic) and PF-300 (electric).
It is made of celeron (a phenolic composite material) and its main purpose is to hold the sleeve and push roving against it. Its replacement is quick and easy and it is mainly recommended for the PF-300 (electric) chopper.

It can be used with 4 (standard), 6, 8, 12, 18, 24 or 36 blades, allowing glass to be chopped in several different sizes, according to the needs of the customer.

Chopper Block Plate

Wrench for Material Drums

Made of aluminum, the block plate is used to fix the components (celeron reel assembly, cutter head and sleeve) of the F-200 (pneumatic) and PF-300 (electric) choppers.

The assembly is composed of the plate and of zinced steel screws, used to fix the cutter head and to regulate the sleeve onto the celeron reel.

Its main purpose is to open and close material drums.

Made of electropainted, die-cast steel.

Pouring Support for Material Drums

Main load: 300 kg (661.39 lbs).

Equiped with two parallel wheels and one Ø 3" central caster.

Electropainted structure.

Dimensions: 820 x 520 x 500 mm.
