Filament Winding Machine

Types of Equipment:

1) Equipment to manufacture tubes with diameters going from 20 to 1,000 mm and up to 10 m in length.
Characteristics:

• Chemical barrier (liner) produced by resin spray and chopped glass.

Optional Accessories:

• Automatic system for resin feeding.
• Device to pull out the mandrel.
• Curing devices.

2) Equipment to manufacture tanks with diameters going from 1,000 to 5,000 mm and up to 10 m in length.
Characteristics:

• Chemical barrier (liner) produced by resin spray and chopped glass.
• Simultaneous dispensing of spray resin and chopped glass, using the circumferential winding method.
• Programmable adjustment of ratio between transverse reinforcement (spray) and circumferential winding.
• Software for programming the equipment and for dimensioning cylindrical tanks.
• Program to wind automatically the structure of the tank.
• Training provided.

Optional Accessories:

• Automatic system for resin feeding.
• Contractile mandrel to facilitate demolding.
• Spray-up robot, programmed to build caps and bottoms of tanks.
