Low-Pressure Polyurethane Dispensing System - Portable

The Fibermaq Portable Low-Pressure Polyurethane Machine is used for structural rigid applications, thermal insulation and impermeabilization.

Characteristics:

• Polyol x isocyanate ratio control (fixed or variable), through independent frequency inverters.
• Manual mixing head equipped with a static mixer.
• Manual cleaning system.
• Electric command panel with a timer for 1 injection time of up to 9,999 min.
• High-precision gear pumps, attached to a 1 HP electric motor (for dosage of materials)
• Independent electric contact manometers for isocyanate and polyol, which will turn off the machine in case of variation of pressure.

• Stainless steel, 10-liter solvent tank (for cleaning).
