Mixer / Heater TM-07

The TM07 Mixer / Heater's main purpose is to mix, heat and homogenize resin or gel-coat, making applications easier whatever the operation is: manual fiberglass lamination, spray-up, RTM (resin transfer molding), presto vacuum assisted molding, gel-coating etc., due to a more stable temperature of the materials.

It can also be used to mix mineral calcium carbonate to gel-coat or resin. Due to its conception, it is easy to use and requires little maintenance.

Characteristics:

• Steel tank with capacity of 200 liters of material. Great interior / exterior finish in polyester-base, powder, electrostatic paint.
• Slanted bottom equipped with a draining valve for easy emptying of materials.
• Mixing axis with 2 metallic blades.
• Activation by a three-phase worm-geared electric motor (reduction ratio 1:30) of 0.75 HP, 1,720 RPM, 220/380 VAC.
• Control panel equipped with a protection key.
• Digital temperature controller.
• 220 VAC, single-phase, disk coil, 1,000 W.
• Pipe for pump assembly.

Mixer for Material Drums TM-08

The TM-08 Mixer can be used for a myriad of applications: mixing mineral calcium carbonate to gel-coat or resin; dissolution and dispersion of pigments; mixing and homogenizing of chemicals.

Due to its simple conception, the TM-08 is extremely easy to operate.

Robust and of easy maintenance, it is ideal to eliminate problems obtaining homogeneous mixings, therefore avoiding waste of time and cutting labor costs.

Characteristics:

• Steel-made, fixed-base structure. Great finish in electrostatic paint.
• Pneumatic system of lifting the mixer through a self-centering lever.
• Activation by a three-phase electric motor of 2 HP, 1,720 RPM, 220/380 VAC.
• Galvanized mixing axis in SAE 1045 steel; length: 860 mm.
• Galvanized, SAE 1045 steel blade Ø 140 mm.

Optional Accessories

• 2-speed motor.
