Plastisol Dispensing Machine

This low-pressure dispensing equipment is a low-cost machine, easy to operate and developed to apply Plastisol. Through the dosing tip and a system of piston pumps, which are attached to a cylinder equipped with magnetic sensors, it delivers high precision and great performance.

Characteristics:

• Electropainted, metallic structure.
• Dosing tip, whose position can be adjusted according to the mold.
• 50-liter, carbon steel holding tank for Plastisol.
• One piston pump, activated by a pneumatic cylinder (equipped with magnetic sensors), allows precise course and perfect dosing of the material.
• One rotating plate, activated by a 0,25 CV, 860-RPM electric motor. The motor is connected to a frequency inverter to control the flow and better distribution of the material inside the mold. There is also the possibility of including a mechanic reducer (for bigger molds).
